Whether it's a screaming buy or not is really up to what kind of investor you are. If you are a Short term investor, you must be price -centric. But for LT investor, any time is a good time to buy if you believe the stock will multiply 5-7 folds in the years to come. 4% drop today is nothing, there will be many many occurance of bigger drops in the future. If one can't put up with this water torture, he/she better bail right now. But believe me, this stock will multiply 5-7 times if one can survive the torture.
