Doorman, your broker was not required to represent your offer to the market under the Manning rules, therefore I believe the trades at 34 3/4 to be irrelevant. Had the offer gone higher than your 34 1/2 without you being represented and then traded above your price, you would probably be due a fill. I think whoever did make the sale at 34 3/4 should be counting their lucky stars.
