don't worry about the insider selling. Many pennies have insiders selling - or perhaps more correctly FILING for a possible sale - for various reasons. Upcoming surgery? Not collecting a salary and need to pay the gas bill. College for punk-As* daughter...who knows. I used to get freaked out by this but it's not that big of a deal, if it was would it have gone from $1 to $20? BTW, did you know Bill Gates sells 80,000 shares A DAY of msft??? Nobody accuses him of doubting his company though. Good luck...

There is only one 144 listed and it was entered on 4/1/99. Remember that was way back when when ECEC was a penny stock.

I wouldn't worry to much about someone intending to sell such a small amount of shares. Remember before an insider can sell restricted shares he/she must first file the intent. This in no way indicates that the shares were sold.
