El...Whatever action might presently be taken by the
BOD should be private....until a clear strategy is in
place on how to deal with the public relations disaster,
and the corporation's future.

Any imprudent action from the BOD would further undermine
the effectiveness of the CEO position....(which is probably
under evaluation at the moment)....

It could, at this point, increase the confusion concerning CPQ.
