For balance, Dagan, you might want to find a stock that's risen 50% and ask the reverse question.

CY (now)2.87 (chg)-0.24 (bids)84 (bid price)2.8 (ask price)2.87 (asks)96 (open)3.45 (high)3.85 (low)1.95

Just flew up 50%, Dagan (assuming your 50% drop was from the high of $3.85 to the low of $1.95, current is now $2.87). Geez, is BII gonna go up 50%, too?

Doug,

Took a quick look at the C.CY chart (with BigCharts, so take that into consideration). Unfortunately that is delayed. But I got a RTQ from Quote Central; it gave me the day's high as $3.84 and the day's low at $1.95. That is quite a spread and looks like quite the retracement (if that is in fact what it is). But it has not broken past resistance/ new support at $1.80, so from what I can see, no signal for downtrend. However, it is entirely possible that today's action is a buying climax (there's that word again). Watching the close will be more telling.

As for BII, we talked yesterday about bull flags and how they are formed on low volume. Whether this is still occurring, you might get better insight from others, as I've already stated I need more experience in the flag/pennant area. However, I am clear on the fact that if there is indeed a breakout, it should occur on heavier volume.

I can see no similarities between the charts of CY and BII (at least in recent days' action).

Denise.
