AlienTech: One problem that appears to have been overlooked is the maximum cost that NETA may have wrt Settlement of these class action suits. In NETA's case, it is more complicated by the following: a: STC has ruled against the method of Write Downs in accounting of Take overs whose costs exceed Assets. b: Massive Insider selling had been recorded during the same period. c: The Company has already agreed to the STC's findings/directions. d: NETA's liability Insurance may not be enough to cover the costs. Would appreciate your comments on these issues and their effect on current price.
