Sony in Roy. A definite head scratcher.
Sony wouldn't think twice about dumping millions of below cost drives on the market just to cripple any competitor. How much could IOM possibly make by providing technical guidance to Sony ? Sounds like dancing with the devil to me. Why develop Clik! at all if you could put a Zip in a camera ? Takeover ? Nah.

I have had the same thought. Such a camera would have instant
compatibility/usefulness with the millions of PC's that already
have Zip drives, a big plus over the Clik strategy.
