Failure data from a data base of thousands of PCs has shown us that, by far, the least reliable parts are obsolete gray market parts.> Actually, I heard one negative testimony from a guy who bought a PC from E-machines, the new poster-child of sub-$400 PC's. After he experienced a ton of reliability problems, he returned the E-machine and decided on a Compaq model instead.
