Guys,

Tilton is not an idiot. He is a smart business man. Thus, I do not think he will allow free trading shares to be included in the spinoff. Not the whole 4 to 1 ratio for sure. He may to half / half or restrict them to 3-6 months.

Think of it rationally!! If he allows free trading, you will see a huge drop in price on May 1st when people will sell to profit from the spinoff. If he restricts them, it will allow investors the time to assess this new company and evaluate its potential and then make a decision whether to sell or not.

Just my logical 2 cents worth!

CK.
