Cameron,

Picky, picky! I said "should", and that was in comparison to the volume on bull flag formation. Sheesh. :)

Although I am not discounting the possibility you presented (anything is possible), I would be surprised, given BII's float size, that we would see a breakout on less volume than we've seen in the last day or two.
