Spoke to a compliance officer for a NASD member firm.
Whom I know very well. A compliance officer's job is to
make sure Broker/Broker Dealer is in compliance with the
NASD and SEC regulations.

He said "If a company has come this far, with F-20 application,
including amendment no 2. It's surest you can get or 90% done deal."

It's only matter of time.
