So what we see happening here is a rise in the share price due to the pending drill program. Is the price rising because investors feel that in this precious metal slump they have an opportunity to further feed the downward cycle by throwing money into a drill program... No.

Large investors become large investors due to taking calculated risks at an opportune time. Samex has taken samplings from over the property with average of over 200g/m tonne silver on a target zone now assessed at 2000m x 1200m with depths of 250m+. Is this not significant? I would think it not significant at this time if the cost of harvest exceeds the cost of return in this slump yet because the are going ahead with the drill program one must conclude that they know from the samples that thus far the site would be economically viable even at this depressed time. I derive this thought from the oil industry that stops drilling when the price is down.

Somebody care to quiz my thinking?
