yes this was a great day but lots to look forward to in the next ten days. it feals great being part of a winning stock. iam looking for two dollars myself. and at this rate it wont take long. hopefully the closing of the finance deal will be the next news. then watch this stock. on a personal note to the guy that lives across the lake from me. dont you think its now time to get yourself and your friends on this stock. what are you waiting for, give me a call by phone some exciting things to happen with pan asia. good luck guys and girls tomorrow will be an exciting day.

(the "Company"), is pleased to announce that it has submitted the documents requested by the Vancouver Stock Exchange regarding its debt settlement announced on march 3, 1999. The Company anticipates filing all remaining documents requested by the Vancouver Stock Exchange on or before Thursday, April 15, 1999 and hopes to receive preliminary acceptance of the terms of its debt settlements and other transactions soon after.
