Hi Andy, Thanks for PMing the questions. I still want to get final confirmation on just a few questions, but, just to repeat,... IMO, there are absolutely no negatives. The questions were asked independently and repetitively to Rob Gordon, other officers and staff, and Grady & Hatch and corporate counsel on the telephone. Interestingly (and happily) the answers were the same although they were all asked independently and at different times. I am extremely comfortable with my investment (more so now than ever) and believe the other shareholders will be as well. Thanks again, Andy. Be Right!!!... Sit Tight!!! Best always, Marty
