China Warms Up Its Domestic Propaganda Machine

See AP on 4/14/99 re: the mass hysteria the Chinese propaganda machine is building up on the latest Balkan War. Clinton portrayed as the re-incarnation of Hitler (do the ChiComs know something we don't know?). Usually this propaganda is done both as a signal to stop the attack on Yugoslavia and to prepare the Chinese for a troop call-up.
