Everybody keeps talking about MDIN assets going into CDCH, but has anyone ever confirmed who exactly it was that acquired CDCH. I thought someone earlier posted that CDCH was acquired by an insider but NOT by the company.

If anyone clears up the mystery of CDCH, please let us all know.

Could be zero. Seems all we have is rumor, albeit very strong rumor, that people associated with MDIN bought the WAMC shell. I sure wouldn't count on getting CDCH shares, unless you are buying them.
