Chinese Ask for the Instruction Manuals to Stolen Missile Technology

WASHINGTON, D.C. - Our BNN White House correspondent has learned that
Chinese Prime Minister,Zhu Ronji, during his visit last week, asked President Clinton for the instruction manuals to stolen U.S. missile technology.

Spokesman for the Prime Minister, We Fulyu, told BNN, "We have had a difficult time figuring out how to use the items we 'acquired' from the U.S.. It's like trying to figure out how to use a very complex piece of pirated software. Despite our best efforts we just can't figure out how to make certain things work."

When asked if the President was willing to accommodate the Prime Minister's request, We Fulyu told BNN, "Mr. Clinton has lead us to believe that he will let us photocopy the manuals if we make a contribution to the Gore 2000 campaign."
