This is considered a P&F leading indicator and is the third such indicator to turn positive (not necessarily a buy signal though). <<<<< Doesnt surprise me, since alot of my stuff turned up a few days ago, but still am cautiously bullish depending on the whether this rally was due to IRA money. But for now the market internals are still holding so this forthcoming dip should still be a buying opportunity, subject to the market internals not deteriorating. Seeya
