I agree with you that there is bigotry involved but it is on both sides of the border on this one. The homeless Albanians now desparately need support and resources from the rest of the world and because the US has taken such a heavy hand in this mess it definately is falling back on us. Championing the "right" people doesn't really work here. If you want to depict the Albanians as oppressed peace loving people, then you have to explain the lack of a cooperative government in their own country. Albania is made up of nothing but tribal fueds, ruled by war lords. Hmmm...even if Milosevich wasn't bigoted, based on this alone, it would be hard for him to agree to let them have free reign to govern part of Serbia. The "evil Slob" thing doesn't fly though Robert. It might if some credible person who held everyone to the same principles was criticizing Milosevich according to a measurable and consistant standard.
