The chart on this stock is beautiful, however I have a rule never to buy a stock that is late reporting earnings!!! I will buy once earnings come out, as long as they are good!!!

PS I am guessing that earnings are going to be good, otherwise this stock should have dropped after they missed their announced date!!!

I see. What news are you expecting for OSFTW to become attractive ? I think it could run like VDATW. $200m of secondary offering could well mean lots of institute buyers are interested in the stock, but they couldn't buy it due to the small amount available. Normally, I see this large secondary offering with eBay or AMZN, who want to expand their market spaces. -EH
