Larry; Footdragging is putting it mildly. The SEC readily tells people that the usual response time for the S1 is 30 days. Someone one Yahoo heard from a friend of a friend that the SEC is backed up by about 2 weeks.That is all we have to go on because that inept bunch of squareheads up in Minn has YET to tell us of a delay. When the Yahoo rumor mill is a more accurate source of information than NAVR is, we got problems.This company SUCKS!cb
