Daflye, You make a lot of good points. The market internals have been improving. On days like today, with the many divergences, it makes a great deal of sense to keep your eyes on the big picture. The NAZ today clearly broke through and has made a weekly reversal (so far) However, you have to place the 150 pt advance on the trannies into the equation. Otherwise it is easy to get whipsawed out the market. Last week the NAZ gapped at the 2502 level and was not filled. I think the next obvious thing to watch is how it handles that area tomorrow.
