near the close. This usually indicate institutional accumulation:

Really dipy? Or are you trying to scare us? LSI up today? Who was buying...the little guys? Who was selling the big guys? You may be wrong and it's just the opposite! Seems to be selling on dips...somebody wants to get in lower maybe....JMHO.

Sometimes, when a price target is met, the analysts downgrades the stock. Sometimes, when a price target is met, the analyst continues with the buy recommendation and upgrades the prices target. This is precisely what has occurred recently with a number of analyst upgrades for LSI.
