I have been watching NOIZ for years now and vowed not to step back in until I saw real growth...it is evident to me now that the ceo is focused on growing revenue and net inc...I think it's time to take a good look at NOIZ again. They seem to be on a faster track...finally.
Trading at 1 5/16 by 1 7/16 on nasdaq.

Line From Delcom

HUDSON, N.H.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 30, 1999--Micronetics Wireless, Inc. (NASDAQ/NOIZ) announced today
that it acquired the business and business assets of Delitta Communications, Inc. d/b/a Delcom, Inc. of Salem, New Hampshire
(''Delcom'') relating to voltage controlled oscillators (''VCOs''). VCOs manufactured and marketed by Delcom were
principally used in wireless communication systems or test equipment.

Executive, Ralph Marrone, to Lead Its

HUDSON, NH--(BUSINESS WIRE)--August 24, 1999--Micronetics Wireless, Inc. (Nasdaq/NOIZ) announced today that
Ralph Marrone has been hired as Vice President to lead its Micronetics/Equipment Product Group. In this position, Mr.
Marrone will be responsible for general management of Micronetics' noise components and test equipment product lines.

Prior to joining Micronetics, Mr. Marrone was Director of Strategic Marketing at Alpha Industries, Inc. (NASDAQ:AHAA -
news) of Woburn, MA. He was part of the management team that assisted in transforming Alpha Industries into a leading
component supplier to the wireless communications marketplace. Prior to Alpha Industries, Mr. Marrone spent 16 years in
technical sales and management positions at Hewlett Packard (NYSE:HWP - news). Mr. Marrone has over 19 years of

Micronetics
Wireless, Inc. (NASDAQ:NOIZ), a provider of microwave components and

announced financial results for the first quarter of its fiscal year
ending March 31, 2000 (FY2000).
Net sales in Q1 of FY2000 increased to $1,342,916 from $1,053,675
in Q1 FY99. Net income increased to $99,941, or $.03 per share, as
compared with $97,840, or $.03 per share, in the same quarter a year
ago.

reflection of the impact of our recent acquisitions of Microwave &
Video Systems, Inc. and Vectronics Microwave Corporation. Both our
