The on;y problem I have with that is that in order to try to make your point you are distorting and telling lies. You are entitled to an opinion about when NRs might be made, because that's an opinion, but to make a specific statement that the timing has anything to do with a property title dispute is a downright lie. There is no property title dispute. There is a dispute about procedures and events, but in no way could it affect Winspear's title to at least 67.68% of the title which is what you implied by your assertion.
