CNBC explained it as the volatility induced when the after market traders read the first numbers, bid up the stock, then read the operating number, and sold.

After market trading means little.

What effect is the conversion going to have?

Unfortunatly it appears to be true!! It hit 38 then dropped down to 35 because of the dilution crap. 153mln is 153mln no matter how you cut it! This ER can certainly stand tall against Dells CPQ etc. Screw the street this is a solid company!!!
