MeDroogies, I don't want to get personal but you are an uniformed investor. Since I follow ORCL I read your posts there also. Look, you need to look a little deeper than you do. Apple has single digit top line growth. HWP, Dell and GTW and Intel have double digit top line growth. Apple always needs to show more because it's a turn around. This is a decent result but as discussed on the thread low top end growth was expected to have a negative impact. Regarding margins, they are down sequentially, yet the Blue G3 was launched this qtr. That's another weakness in the mind of the street.

You need to look at Apple's stock price in terms of it's growth potential. We have to assume margins will remain roughly where they are. With single digit top line growth bottom line growth has to slow especially since this coming qtr begins the true and more difficult yr to yr comparisons. Apple sells for around 14X which is roughly correct without much in the way discounting the future.

Apple will test it's highs and perhaps break thru by July when it has brought it's 4th revenue stream on line and has straightened out it's PB Pro revenue stream. Don't worry about it. Rich
