Sir Vinney:

It would seem to me that if BII has finally been reserved the BIDS ticker symbol that the SEC approval must have been granted and that we are in the final stage of NASDAQ approval.

Now, as many have said before, NASDAQ needs BII as much as BII needs NASDAQ. That being said, it's really here.

I do not think that you could in anyway not be telling the truth SV. The fact the Biddleford has had BIDS removed from them only says one thing: the application is in process with the NASDAQ and that its only a heartbeat away from approval.

By the way, just to quote Dougie:

"apply to SEC, first step?? Index application second step"

So, we are here! We are here!
