What positive comments did you infer from the earnings announcement? Since support revenues (which I assume are derived from servicing existing installations) are almost 50% of their net revenues, can this continue in subsequent quarters? If you take the historical 70/30 mix, the net will be around 76 million (51/.7) which is a severe shortfall. I wish they had talked more about the progress (wrt to the restructuring) they made. You would think a quarter is enough time for a company to figure out what the transition is!! It's going to be another painful 3 month wait... John, looks like we desperately need a pep talk here :-)
