Sam. When the stock is bought ( like yesterday ), the stock is sold following those buys when there is no other action. The MM does this ( prints trades at the bid ) to offset the previuos buys which he never fullfilled in ernest. this is the way to balance the books.

the good side is if the stock ever appreciates through buy demand, then that same maker who became "naturally short " will have to accumulate shares to make available to the original ownwer, ofcourse if that original owner didnt nerve out and sell before hand.

Poker anyone....... My opinion only.

San I respect your frustration. The last communication came at our asking. Lets face it the management is also tne majority shareholders they already know the story. I never expected this stock to stick to the clouds (its recent upper end) without definitive information as to the out come of the lawsuits and financials to pour over.

that PR peice temporaraly made our portfolios look better but did it cause you to buy more? Not me.

If your a seasoned LONE share holder you don't buy hope. Thats what got us here in the first place.
