Re major owners.... To my knowledge there is no available listing of who owns how much of TSIS. We hear that Don owns a bit under a million shares, and we hear that the float (whatever that is) is about 17 million shares. So the question of the day is who owns the other 16 million of the insider shares? JJ sez he doesn't know. I suppose that once the company is fully reporting, they will need to report, to the best of their knowledge, the list of everyone who owns more than 10% of the shares. And once they become reporting, all of us who own more than 10% will need to file to that effect ourselves, no? Until then ... it's just one more thing to speculate upon. Happy Due Diligence. JSb.
