Steven, I think your analysis of the situation is very cogent, perspicacious, even. The gentleman in question has been here for more than a decade. At one time he was incarcerated in a Federal penetentiary for insurance fraud, so it's not like he doesn't realize that his actions have consequences. It's just that he is always convinced that whatever happens to him is someone else's fault. Stay away from people who blame their problems on others, they are dangerous.
