That is good news Charlie. I could not listen to the CC as I'm listening to ALTR's : ) If the uncertainty were to last that long I imagine it would have to put somewhat of a lid on the stock price and lend some volatility as concerns about the ultimate disposition of the IP portflio waxes and wanes. If VISX were to lose the patents, I would be interested in hearing from a patent lawyer as regards the likely and worst case downsides. We can be sure that the tremendous operating leverage afforded by the VISX IP portfolio will cause recurring challenges over time. That is the cost of this tremendous marketplace success.
