Thank you. It is probably a "sales" expense that they are talking about. It is hard to imagine General and Administrative as covering this area. Now if that is the case, taking operating profits as a percentage of sales gives yet another improvement from 29.3% last year to 31%.

Thanks for the explanation -- that's what I was trying to refer to. It will be, um, interesting to see if any of the analysts get this wrong and use the apparent decline in margins as a reason to downgrade the stock.
