Where did you get the "AMD will warn again" quote from? Assuming volume of 5 million then those kind of numbers for Q2 (-.40 to -.50) would have to mean that the high speed yields are still disastrous.

At 5 million chips AMD should break even at an ASP of about $100. I don't see how the ASP will be any lower than this, unless Intel make enormous reductions in the price of 450 MHz processors.
