Care to elaborate DR ? I would certainly welcome your insight into when, why, who etc. I realize that you often post and some have come to rely on your information/insights, but lets face it, they are starting to be a little like reading notes from the Riddler, leaving Batman, Robin and Alfred trying to figure it all out...
