Verssen, all I'm saying is that myself and others on this thread have followed Apple long enough to know how the street will react. Hence we make money. I'm not saying the market is "right" whatever that is. The market discounts the future but I for one don't believe the market is 100% efficient. If it was myself and others wouldn't be able to exceed avg earnings growth in our investments. Apple will test its last highs. This was a decent report and the stock may trade up tomorrow but I don't believe it will be able to break it's (whoops) trading range. Fred expects to have an increase in revs and units for Q3. This will result in solid double digit top and bottom line growth. But in Q4 Apple runs into yr to yr comparisons that take into account the present product line and cost cutting. Hence, if top line growth can't keep double digit growth, earnings growth will fall significantly. Since Apple's top line growth has been single digit they see this as a problem. They don't take into account the P1 or other unknowns. We as informed investors follow the company closely and so have the opportunity to make money. Why is this so hard. I think the Lou and others that follow us will up their annual eps. Lou will continue to preach. Who knows what the others will do. If you follow analysts in your investments your not going to do well. If all the analysts were hot on Apple I think the opportunity for big money would be gone. Rich
