Here is an interesting post from the raging bull board
david

I spoke to Joe Fiore today.

We discussed several issues, including: the Koo Koo Roos deal, the 16 restaurant acquisition-in-progress, NASDAQ, pr, and the recent comments by gregruggiero.

Joe stated that the Koo Koo Roos licensing agreement is an excellent deal for JOES in that it does not negatively effect the company's trend toward positive profitability. The company will be releasing news shortly explaining how this deal works.

Joe stated that the 16 restaurant acquisition is basically complete. He anticipates that news will be released within the next couple of weeks explaining how this deal is being put together.(Again, with no adverse effects on the positive profit trend).

Shareholders should be happy to know that Joe is working toward a NASDAQ listing but will not do a reverse split on the stock to achieve the necessary share price requirement. He says that he expects the company's share price to more accurately reflect JOES financial performance within the short term.

Also, we can expect news to be released very soon regarding the company being featured in a prominent medium which explores/promotes companies with excellent growth prospects.

Joe is a very confident individual who is intent on building this company the right way. Based on our discussion and his performance to date I am very high on JOES as both a short and long term buy.
