I doubt the following is what moved the stock. Anyone know who Michael Dearden is. Adamas appoints Michael Dearden to the board; stock options proposed Adamas Resources Corp AMS Shares issued 7,617,989 Apr 14 close $0.12 Wed 14 Apr 99 News Release Mr. Richard Silas reports Mr. Michael Dearden has joined the board of directors. Effective today, the company has granted and applied for 400,000 director/employee incentive stock options exercisable for two years at 15 cents per share.
