John, I agree completely. The analysts are not figuring the costs for bricks and mortar or of the # of employees C has to pay for. Net bank can approve loans without a loan officer and his processor and his secretary, and his phone bill, and his office furniture, and his janitorial service, and his long lunches, and his benefits. Oh, and his salary. Just two officers and one guy with pink hair and a nose ring to keep the computers working and bingo! You got a bank.<GG> BT
