Not all stocks that get listed on Nasdaq go higher. Take a look at Softnet Systems (an ISP) 46 1/2 -13 3/8: Issue tumbles 22% on its first day of trading on the Nasdaq. The provider of high-speed Internet access and content previously traded on the American Stock Exchange under symbol "SOF." Went up on rumour and came back to earth (albeit in a tough market) when it started trading on Nasdaq. Sometimes the Nasdaq listing, after announced, is immediately reflected in the price. This may have happened here with BII. If they get there listing at all.

And why doesn't that fella want anyone to call the "nice lady from Nasdaq Listings"? Is she even allowd to disclose that information. Even, better, is the CEO allowd to? Just asking?
