You might want to check his record at Westwood One. It had not performed well until Mel Karmazin cleaned house. I don't know what the new VLNC hire's record was. I do know that Westwood One a radio program syndication company, in which CBS has a position via Infinity, had a poor record of execution. Ultimately, the CEO of CBS, Mel Karmazin made management changes in response. The people that are being hired, including Dawson and some of the board members, have less than outstanding records at firms in which they recently had management positions. If you disagree, point out substantive reasons why.
