Pen<PENC.OB>,Laminating <LAMT.OB>terminate merger IRVINE, Calif., April 6 (Reuters) - Pen Interconnect Inc. and Laminating Technologies Inc. said Tuesday they have terminated their pending merger, citing market conditions. Pen said it continues to implement its plan to focus on its core competencies to grow its contract manufacturing business and to enhance its profit potential. The companies said in a joint statement that the termination was mutual. Last week Pen was delisted from Nasdaq National Market.
