I believe Ameritrade has everything you want except reasonable execution speed. Of course I am hearing this second hand. KEITH

Try ABWately. Also Mytrade now takes foreign accounts but they are new and I have not tested them yet. Also a waiting list. Essam.

Brian, here's a couple links that have ratings/comments on US online brokers.
