one can tell the cmgi veterans from the newbies by who's holding after today and who's folding. although i'm not as seasoned as a lot of you, last summer i would've dumped after a day like today. now, i only wish i had more cash to buy more cmgi. this stock would have a different pattern but for day traders in that it has a great business model, and it is on the cutting edge of the internet. sure, it may have competition from late entrants, like ibm, but for the late entrants to be successful, they've got to buy existing net properties, the best ones of which... profit cmgi when they are acquired. while we should not expect the sky when this spikes upward, neither should we look for catastrophe when this spikes downward like it did today. imho.
