Casaubon: I don't know if there is dumb money anymore. The unheralded J6P has racked up about 20 percent year after year for a while now. I do think small money would be fair though. To some extent, the small money seems to feel confident buying small value stocks again. Of course, the block money is getting out of the RUT stocks every day. I haven't really thought about those distribution days as described in IBD. Maybe Vitas is following it. However, I think there is enough air in this market to make it susceptible to a significant move down if an adequate catalyst is provided However, within a week, I see the potential for another move up. I tried being bearish last week but the market would not cooperate. Of course things can change very quickly in this market.
