Was it a limit order, must have been. I have read many posts about E trade resolving issues such as yours. I posted one just yesterday, I believe on this thread. Maybe you can talk to that person and get a name at Etrade and see what they can do.

But if you had an AON stop limit in it may very well have passed right through it, it sucks I agree. NTBK is the stock that went straight up yesterday and straight down today, isn't it?

sorry it happened to you, I know it could happen to any one of us at any time.

Give it up, if you haven't figured it out yet your bumping heads with either a paid shill or someone who has no idea of the what's really going on. Probably makes 3 round trips a year. E*Turd is perfect for that type "trader".
