Shahen,

Fool's article on BBRS talking head, thanks. Well written article. Has anyone seen a positive impression on Niles' CNBC appearance?

While the Fools are right about Niles and his advice to sell INTC, they made some big errors in the computation.

1. Most investors don't hold INTC since it was $0.01 :-} The 24% must be computed on the profit not the price, so if you have INTC since it was $40 your new entry should be $53 not $43.

2. Even if you sell and pay tax your new basis will be higher so next time you will pay less tax.

Stil I'll take the Fools advice over Niles
