Last December, PQT converted its debt to equity. Now, PQT issued common stocks to these debt holders. It means they will buy common stocks at 9 1/8 and they will sell at open market (because there is no secondary offering mentioned by PQT). Today's trading pattern will support that some or one of the holders sold their shares this morning around 15. I think we may have a support around 9-10 without much upside potential until this guy sold off. 9 1/2 will be a good entry point. Good luck!
