Thank you Syncrude for the clarification. I didn't mean to imply the exclusive nature of the deal was with Billboard.com or the other websites with in the Double Click network...just with Alta Vista. I thought that was clear from my post.

>>As well, we don't know the TERMS of the agreements, thus we don't know to what degree this may be profitable.<<

I never saw an advertising contract that gave anyone guarantees about profitability. Hey but advertising works and I would expect that it will here too. To what degree we do not know for certain though...you are correct.

>>We also don't know all the facts about the exact financial position of SBX and what definitive terms of arrangement will be for CD Plus, IF the deal goes through.<<

Again correct...your point being is that this is a speculative play...I totally agree. I suggested only that the NR gave us some comfort that the deal, what ever it is and how ever good or bad it will be, looks a little more certain today than it did yesterday. It is still a SPEC play!

>>I am surprised that the exchange accepted to halt trading just for this news release. <<

I hope you understood my point on this matter. Without the halt we wouldn't have had time to reflect upon the NR before jumping into the fray of trading. Now since the last NR caused so much of a flurry...up over 500% in one day don't you think it might have been a good idea to give investors a little time to think about the next NR? I think the halt was a good idea and I am glad they did it. It amounted to about only a two hour loss of trading I think so no big deal anyway!

Take Care and watch you inets closely! :-)
